Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and w778 ("Operator", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://w778.cam ("Platform", "Site").

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. If the Operator discovers that a User holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — all associated accounts may be suspended immediately, bonuses forfeited, and winnings arising from duplicate accounts voided in accordance with the Operator's duplicate-account policy.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC and Identity Verification

5.3 Platform Availability

The Operator does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events beyond the Operator's control may result in temporary unavailability. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

12.2 User-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable bonus terms. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

Governing Law & Disputes

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 12.2.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" and "Last Reviewed" dates at the top of this page indicate when these Terms were last updated.
